Tom has nearly 5 years of commercial banking and finance experience and 2 years of general consulting experience. Tom’s strongest skills are product implementation, quality assurance, and finance. Over the last year, Tom has been leading both a product implementation and quality assurance team in the healthcare industry. In finance, Tom has worked in commercial banking, telecommunications, and transportation. Clients look to Tom for his expertise in financial modeling, financial management, commercial banking, project management and financial projections.
In 2016, Tom worked on a pro-bono consulting team for Sri Lanka Unites, a non-profit organization focusing on youth reconciliation and repairing the relationships between 2 ethnic groups in post-civil war Sri Lanka. His team identified a for-profit opportunity Sri Lanka Unites to sustain the organization’s movement outside of grants and donations.
The Founding Fathers of the United States of America. Despite the seemingly insurmountable odds against them to establish an independent nation, the Founding Fathers had the conviction, the leadership, the courage, and the unwavering vision of a united, democratic America. I would love to simply learn how they had the fortitude to persevere against all odds.
Tom spent 9 weeks living abroad in Santiago, Chile. During that time, he had the opportunity to backpack Patagonia in southern Chile, hike to Macchu Picchu in Peru, bike the ‘World’s Most Dangerous Road’ in Bolivia, experience amazing new cultures, and meet some incredibly interesting people along the way.
