Melissa has spent her career in HR because she knows that people are what make a company great. She sees that every employee takes full advantage of the benefits offered because she has their well-being and future at heart. As a result, she has been instrumental in making DayBlink a consistently top-ranked place to work. In addition to DayBlink, Melissa has worked for companies in the government and software sectors, with HR expertise in immigration, benefits, and payroll.
At the age of 26, Melissa fell in love with real estate and has purchased/sold/flipped/rented out homes 7 times in a timespan of only 10 years.
Over the last decade, Melissa has been actively involved with Helping Hungry Kids, a food backpack program for children who come from low-income families.
