Kim’s firm belief that organizational success cannot be achieved without successful, motivated people is what fuels her excitement for Human Resources. Her 15-year career in both start-up and turnaround management roles in human capital and international leadership has been dedicated to ensuring people strategies maximize both individual and organizational performance. Kim oversees all Human Resources functions for DayBlink, including talent acquisition and management, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations while championing DayBlink’s commitments to rewarding value, continuous improvement, and transparency. She is extremely proud of the recognition and accolades bestowed upon DayBlink and to work for a high-integrity company that genuinely believes in always trying to do the right thing.
