Daniel has over 15 years of industry and consulting experience in a wide variety of functions, including business management (operations management, P&L ownership, sales management and strategic planning), change management (M&A integration, performance measurement and organizational restructuring), performance improvement, business/workforce analytics, financial modeling and strategic growth. He has been involved in projects across both the public and private sectors, including experience in healthcare (medical device, insurance, services), commercial banking, health & fitness, automotive, defense, electrical infrastructure and aerospace. Daniel has a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University along with many other distinctions, such as becoming 1 of 10 nationally chosen McGowan Fellows (based on having an innovative spirit, community leadership, academic excellence and a strong character).
I believe that the integration of technology with healthcare and banking will drive cost out of larger organizations for the next 10 years. Process automation, IT system consolidation, master data management and mobilization will be some of the areas of continued investment.
