Andrew is a Senior Consultant with over 11 years of experience leading teams in business strategy development and technology implementation for field service and customer care organizations. He has worked with commercial clients across multiple industries including energy management and automation, utilities, and telecommunications. His functional areas of expertise include program management, business strategy planning and execution, business process design, business requirements analysis, software development and implementation, product management, and change management. Prior to joining DayBlink, Andrew worked for Accenture as a Manager, Digital Business Integration in their Field Service and Workforce Management practice and has prior experience at Group Seven Consulting and Schneider Electric. He received a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
